I assume this means that we have to clean up the forums again.....

Aw, man! I woke up to this again. This is exactly one month after the first suspension, and apparently 14481 records is already too much!

So if they give me one month I could ask them to unsuspend it again and move before the month has ended... Luckily I have a fresh backup in any case.

I don't know what's taking them so long to unsuspend the site, probably because last time was on the weekend and now it's Monday-Wednesday...

It doesn't look like a suspension though, because the rest of the site is still accessible.

They're not responding to my ticket, so they're either ignoring it or they're busy...

If it didn't hurt when I bash my head against the wall, I would do it.

At least this way I can hide my lack of productivity constant diligence

Ever considered sending another ticket? They may have skipped it accidentally....

I sent the ticket on 7 October, got no reply so bumped it on 10 October. Now I've waited long enough to get this reply today:

And they closed the ticket. Now I actually tried to move to a new host, but it says the domain is hosted already. You'd think "because the old host still has it" but I can enter things like distractionware.com or drawdevil.com, which means it doesn't check if the site exists anywhere on the internet, but with them. This new host must be the same company as the old host. 

I'm gonna try asking aLaserShark if he's still willing to host it, I want to get rid of these problems...

I hope you can find a better host soon. It's unforuntate that with my limited knowledge in hosts, I can't really assist you in finding a better one :-(

I didn't mean as him taking over the forum, just the hosting part (even though I would make him an admin so he can do server stuff). We would finally get rid of the downtime and suspensions! (hopefully)

I thought aLaserShark is the name of a host, although this thought is not completely wrong. Good luck in your quest, I guess.

Some people were still not aware of what actually happened to the forum, so I just got the idea to repark the domain to a page which actually offered an explanation. So it's back on 000webhost now, but people actually get an explanation now. I don't know why I didn't have this idea earlier.

Please don't ask me why I'm not uploading the forum there, I may do so temporarily, with certain stuff removed, so people can read the posts, but if we continue on there, 000webhost will just as quickly suspend the site as well.

EDIT: Also, in the meantime, you could use this forum temporarily.

EDIT 2: To tOLP contributors, posting it here so people see it: can someone who has the latest revision of tOLP (v50) upload it to Mediafire or Mega or something, PM me the link on Distractionware and post here that you did it? Thanks in advance.
